The 5x optical zoom allows you to capture distant subjects without degrading image quality.The DMC-FS25 hosts a large 3.0-inch, 230,000-dot high-resolution LCD. It features the Intelligent LCD function. The Auto Power LCD function increases the backlight brightness in 11 steps according to the ambient light intensity. At the highest of these 11 steps, the LCD backlight becomes approx. 1.4 times brighter than normal. This makes both shooting and viewing photos easier and more convenient.In addition to having a large 3.0-inch LCD, the DMC-FS25 features an easy-to-read user interface with enlarged fonts and icons. The new simple slide switch interface also help users navigate through the menus effortlessly. This combination makes operation on this camera both smooth and simple.
